Architect Carlos Ott designed the tower's signature curvilinear glass silhouette, with interiors by the acclaimed New York studio Meyer Davis.

The Delano Residences, on floors 49 through 75, offer one- to three-bedroom homes with 10-foot ceilings, fully finished interiors, built-out closets, and a rare inclusion: deeded private office suites on the building's lower levels, providing true ownership of professional workspace seamlessly integrated into daily life. A penthouse collection crowns the residential floors.
